nVMX x86: "external-interrupt exiting" must be set if "virtual-interrupt delivery" is set (v2)

In this version, only the name of a local variable has been changed.
Everything else remains the same.


According to section "Checks on VMX Controls" in Intel SDM vol 3C,
the following check needs to be enforced on vmentry of L2 guests:

  If the "virtual-interrupt delivery" VM-execution control is 1, the
  "external-interrupt exiting" VM-execution control must be 1.

KVM already has the necessary check in it, we just need a unit test. This
patch builds on top of my previous patch (that I sent out on this alias
earlier) in that the code in this patch uses the test_apic_ctls() function
that was added by the former.
