[KVM-AUTOTEST PATCH 2/8] RHEL-4.7 step files: fix the initial boot barriers

Fix the first barrier to include the 'boot:' prompt. This is crucial
because the guest accepts keyboard input only after this prompt
appears.

Visibility: Small (Data file on the kvm test)
Risk: Low (Small, tested change to a data file)
