(Has Redhat stopped writing to IA32_SPEC_CTRL yet? :-) And in the long run, everyone is going to set IA32_SPEC_CTRL.IBRS=1 on CPUs with IA32_ARCH_CAPABILITIES.IBRS_ALL.
