When Qemu/SDL is fullscreen xrandr dual-monitor configuration breaks

Hello,

When Qemu is toggled fullscreen, xrandr configurations with two or more independent displays are reset to mirrored mode.
Qemu goes full screen but independent monitor configuration is lost.

Question: is such behavior expected?

This is observed on PC (with single video card) with Debian 8.7
qemu-kvm 1:2.8+dfsg-3~bpo8+1 amd64
linux-image-4.9.0-0.bpo.2-amd64 4.9.13-1~bpo8+1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup a dual-monitor configuration for independent displays using the Display Settings applet.
2. Launch some guest OS with qemu (kvm -m 1G <some guest os>)
3. Press CTRL+ALT+F to initiate fullscreen.

Kind regards,
Maxim Osipov.
