Are you going to contribute at least a partial implementation of dirty
page lists in QEMU?  Even if it's just replacing kvm_log_sync with a
KVM_EXIT_DIRTY_LOG_FULL, it would be helpful in validating your code
(and expediting its inclusion in KVM).
