[PATCH 00/14] improve nvdimm hotplug

This patchset is against commit 72213633 (acpi: fix DMAR device scope
for IOAPIC) on pci branch of Michael's git tree.

It improves nvdimm hotplug based on the comments from Igor and Stefan
during this release window
