Nothing really except documenting the quirks in
Documentation/virtual/kvm/ (especially cpuid.txt in the case of
pv_unhalt).  This way the next time someone adds something there it will
hopefully catch the eyes of the reviewers.

It would probably be good to add a mention of KVM_ENABLE_CAP to
Documentation/virtual/kvm/review-checklist.txt.
