Passing EITHER "intel_iommu=on intremap=off" OR " "intel_iommu=on
vfio_iommu_type1.allow_unsafe_interrupts=1" during boot results in a
freeze at boot. This happens at the loading initramfs step ("initrd
/boot/initramfs-linux.img").
