[PATCH v1 1/5] kvm/x86: Rename Hyper-V long spin wait hypercall

Rename HV_X64_HV_NOTIFY_LONG_SPIN_WAIT
by HV_X64_HCALL_NOTIFY_LONG_SPIN_WAIT. So
the name better reflects hypercall codes accessory.
