Also, can you call these just "stop"/"resume" ...

... and same here?  The KVM functions could be named

- kvm_arch_irq_bypass_add_producer
- kvm_arch_irq_bypass_del_producer
- kvm_arch_irq_bypass_stop
- kvm_arch_irq_bypass_resume
