EINVAL probably makes more sense?

EINVAL probably makes more sense? But I'm not sure this
is helpful: one can set VIRTIO_F_VERSION_1 afterwards,
and your patch does not seem to detect this.

I'd prefer 0 and 1, return EINVAL on other values.
