The dirty patch logging series introduced both HAVE_KVM_ARCH_DIRTY_LOG_PROTECT and KVM_GENERIC_DIRTYLOG_READ_PROTECT config symbols, but only KVM_GENERIC_DIRTYLOG_READ_PROTECT is used. Just remove the unused one.
