[ANNOUNCE] kvm-84 release

A long list of changes due to an unusually late release. As is becoming usual, many of the changes come from upstream qemu; the kvm specific changes are mostly bugfixes, but also include infrastructure intended for message-signalled interrupts (MSI).

kvm-84 is slower when rendering fonts on Windows than kvm-83; we are still investigating why.

Notes:
    If you use the modules bundled with kvm-84, you can use any version
of Linux from 2.6.16 upwards.  You may also use kvm-84 userspace with
the kvm modules provided by Linux 2.6.25 or above.  Some features may
only be available in newer releases.
