[PATCH v2 2/2] target-i386: Add "tsc_adjust" CPU feature name

tsc_adjust migration support is already implemented (commit
f28558d3d37ad3bc4e35e8ac93f7bf81a0d5622c), so we can add it to the list
of known feature names.
