[PATCH 0/2] KVM: PPC: Book3S HV: XIVE: fixes for the KVM devices

Hello,

First patch fixes a host crash in PCI passthrough when using the
XICS-on-XIVE or the XIVE native KVM device. Second patch fixes locking
in code accessing the KVM memslots.
