Interesting. With MOL, 3.14 should already work IIRC. You only need 3.17
and above if you want to run Mac OS X in QEMU with KVM.

You say you're running on a G5 - is your mac-on-linux binary compiled
for ppc32 or ppc64? Mac-on-Linux is incredibly not 64bit safe, so it
won't work as 64bit binary.
