Good eyes! The removal of CONFIG_KVM_MIPS_VZ came in after my early
version of patchset. My later auto rebase didn't catch that change.

Thanks. Same problem caused from rebase. Also another one "guest_mode"
is missing too.
Will double check similar issues and add static assertion to make sure the
number of stats descriptors matches the number of stats defined in vm and
vcpu stats structures.
