In which case, I'd suggest you synchronize with Isa and get started
immediately. There is no point in waiting if there is a need *and* the
manpower.

Also, I'd suggest people post their patches as early as possible, even
if it is only a proof of concept. I'm more keen on reviewing a work in
progress than a "dump and run" like people have done in the past.
