Upstream commit b131c74a0 renamed this function sometime last month.
You're probably using too new a qemu :-)

I guess the right order here is that I need to rebase the qemu kvm-arm
patches on something newer (I actually have that already internally)
and then Fred can rebase the virtio stuff on that.

I'll make sure my patch stack works with the kvm-arm-v12 kernel
branch and then send an email pointing people at it.
