Thanks. I've applied (effectively) these patches to qemu-linaro:
 * updated the arm kvm headers from your kvm-a15-v7 branch
 * applied patch 2 with some minor updates to get it to apply
   (qemu-linaro has rebased on a newer version of upstream master)
   and with the slight tweak of the gdbstub.c change I suggested

I'll probably do some squashing of patches in the rebasing patchstack
at some point (eg merge the two 'update kernel headers' patches and
probably some of the others) to try to keep things in a reasonable
state for eventual upstream submission.
