That (crn=9) is the performance counters -- I imagine you haven't got
that config option enabled in your guest kernel.

What we have there at the moment is probably mostly stuff put
in to get A9 guest kernels running.

I'm vaguely surprised nothing tries to read the Configuration Base
Address Register, but maybe the kernel just assumes it knows where
the interrupt controller lives.
