[Android-virt] [PATCH v2 0/2] Factor out configuration from implementation

actually, it's already updated ;)

however, I will send a v3 in a couple of minutes, since I found a
couple of stupid flaws (like forgetting to remove the get_ip script -
yeah I don't know where I left my brain).
