KVM on ARM is indeed very exciting !

When ready (perhaps something working by the end of the year ?), it
will allow you to run guest operating systems on your ARM.

So you could run debian (ARM version) on it. However, it won't allow
you to run x86 code on ARM, and certainly not windows (at the very
least, it surely will be ready before an ARM version of windows is
made available ...).
