The briefing will originate from NASA's Johnson Space Center, Houston. Space Shuttle Program Manager Wayne Hale will be the briefer. The fueling test will be broadcast on NASA Television's media channel starting at 7 a.m. EST Tuesday. The briefing will air on NASA TV's public channel, with questions taken from reporters at participating NASA locations.
