There is a pre-launch news conference today, live on NASA TV, no earlier than 4:30 p.m. EDT. The charts are linked from the Return to Flight Web site: http://www.nasa.gov/returntoflight Following the FRR at NASA's Kennedy Space Center on June 29 and 30, senior NASA managers scheduled the Shuttle Discovery launch for July 13. Traditionally the FRR is the meeting that sets launch dates and assesses the Shuttle's fitness to fly. NASA TV is carried on an MPEG-2 digital signal accessed via satellite AMC-6, at 72 degrees west longitude, transponder 17C, 4040 MHz, vertical polarization. It's available in Alaska and Hawaii on AMC-7, at 137 degrees west longitude, transponder 18C, at 4060 MHz, horizontal polarization. A Digital Video Broadcast compliant Integrated Receiver Decoder is required for reception.
