Synoptic Discussion:	KSC will again have a sea breeze by late morning
generating an easterly flow. With plenty of moisture available in the
atmosphere, the low-level convergence caused by the interaction of the
Florida sea breezes will generate thunderstorms in the center portion of the
state. These storms will move towards the east after development causing
concerns for launch. Additionally, upper level wind flow will be stronger
tomorrow increasing the threat from anvil clouds from the thunderstorms that
form inland.
