[PATCH] makedumpfile: Fix dmesg format after crash utility

Subject: [PATCH] Fix dmesg format after crash utility.

Add some spaces before a new line as much as the length
of the timestamp like crash utility as:

    $ diff -u  current.dmesg fixed.dmesg
