The option is grayed out.  I have what they call "Focus Under Mouse", which is 
like "FocusFollowsMouse" as fvwm has.  It's one of the things a GUI is not 
usable without with.

Are you sure?  I never want that because it would interrupt me, and it's even 
likely some undesirable operation will be caused through this, like when a 
window receives keystrokes not meant for it.

The only one to switch focus and the stacking order has to be the user ...  I 
even seem to remember there was some option to change it, but there are so 
many options it takes a while to figure it all out.
