Without warning, just changing the folders were the accounts pointed. I am now
recovering from the (fortunately available archive. The archive function seems
to be broken because:
when you choose to archive all mail and the folder to archive as local mail
(the root folder) everything is archived but when restoring it is archived in
/local mail/local mail. Thus you cannot use the "avoid duplicates" function.
And at the end you have the stupid work to copy all back from the restored
local mail/local mail to the local mail folder.
Is there any way to ask kmail to import the archive were it has taken it
beforehand that is: local mail?
