ups, its libqt3-mt :-)

http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/i686/qt3/files/
shows
/opt/qt/lib/libqt-mt.so.3
and this should work. But qtdmm need to find the correct lib. "ldd" is your 
friend :-)
