It sounds as though someone on your network has Desktop Sharing enabled, with 
your computer set as default remote host.  In Linux that would be krdc/krfb, 
though I don't know how it is set up of the client is in Windows.  The setup 
described in http://userbase.kde.org/Krdc may help you to decide what needs to 
be done to solve your problem.
