Is drag&drop of icons in Folder View plasmoid supposed to work?

I remember that I was able to drag&drop icons from Folder View 
plasmoids.  With KDE 4.6 (RC2 here), this seems to have been disabled; I 
can not drag *from* the Folder View anymore, only drop *to* it.

Is this intended or simply a bug?
