image caching in Konqueror 4.4.5

I have a page of links, some of which are for satellite images, that I 
follow with Konqueror. The images are updated at the server end and always 
retain their original name. From the links page I usually open an image in 
a new tab. In Konqueror 4.4.5 I am always seeing a cached image and not the 
latest image. Konqueror 3.5.10 didn't do this - it always retrieved the 
latest image.

Did I miss a setting or is this a regression?
