Well, these are interesting observations, but it still doesn't help me in stopping akonadi to fill the .local/share/akonadi tree with approx. 150MByte $(Q#|(B I don't want that stuff! Is anybody here who can tell me how to *really* disable akonadi? This is, to make kdeinit not start akonadi (since this causes the creation of the 150MByte data if it doesn't exist yet, and this slows down the start-up enormously). Werner
