I can't say I've seen any problem, but I would suspect that the Load and Save 
dialogs would use your default settings.  Try this.  In Dolphin -> View -> 
Adjust View Properties -> 
View mode: Detailed
Sorting: Descending

There are various other options you may choose to use, but when you're 
satisfied, check the bottom entry - "Use these view properties as default".  
No guarantees, but I think that will fix your problem.
