Me.  I prefer Konqueror as both a web browser and file manager.  I only use 
Dolphin accidentally, and I use IceWeasel in the rare case that a site doesn't 
work for me in Konqueror.

I need SSL certificate management for KMail, so that it will use my custom CA 
for connecting to IMAP and SMTP.
