howto change the wallpaper in kde4.4

Hi,
I did read that now you can just drag and drop an image onto the desktop 
to change it, but I was wondering what about the old way where you right 
click on the desktop, get a properties->change background = "list of 
available wallpapers" kind of metaphor?

where is it?
