Hi
I just upgraded to KDE SC 4.4 on Kubuntu 9.10. Deleted the relevant *plasma*rc
files to get a clean desktop. I like to have a large panel at the bottom of the
desktop and a small one at the top. For some reason the icons in the large
panel won't resize as seen in the screenshot in this link:

Any idea why?
