Please, this bug is ruining my ability to use KDE:

I am using Nautilus as a workaround, but for very obvious reasons I
sometime find myself in Dolphin and screw up a bunch of files. I just
ruined the timestamps on recordings of my daughter, I will dig through
my backups to restore them (but not in Dolphin!).
What can I do to encourage the resolution of this bug? Should I ask on
the dev list? Thanks!
