Thanks for your answer.
The problem is that when I first start KDE, I can copy as the procedure you answered.
But when I use KDE for a short time, I can't copy successfully.

Simply high-light what you want in the console with your mouse by left
button click at the start and drag to the end and release the button.
Go to the window where you want to paste it and place your cursor on
the exact location and click the center button/wheel (or the left and
right buttons at the same time). You can do the same thing in any
window as well. This is the only way you can do copy and paste in a
terminal at the cli.
