konq bookmarks manager

konqueror bookmarks manager is worse than in kde 3.5, almost unusable:

- bookmarks and folders cannot be dragged and dropped
- selecting a folder and 'copy' than 'paste' in another folder results in 
copying every bookmarks contained in that folder, but the folder 
itself.
- non more than one folder or one bookmark can be selected at once

I am using kde 4.4beta2. Is it the same in kde 4.3?
