konsole behaves oddly

[xPol <xtekhne@xxxxxxxxx>]

Executing the simple script file  ~/test, containing the command 'ls'
through konsole: 

  /usr/bin/konsole -e ~/test       


returns: 

 Warning: Could not start program '/home/xpol/test' with arguments 
'/home/xpol/test'.


What is wrong?
