In my case I could see such messages when session restoring Synaptic which I forgot to close before exit.
So after relogin it starts with user rights.

I got strange error dialogs at startup. Actually 3 identical frames
reading:

No command argument supplied!
Uage: ............
KdeSudo will now exit.

No idea what this may be related to.
