System Settings->Advanced->Desktop Theme Details

I agree that the way this is done is very wacky and neither intuitive 
nor easy.  For example, it would have been better if, for example, you 
wanted to change the theme of the clock plasmoid, you should simply 
right click on the clock and select "Change theme" there instead of 
messing with System Settings.
