Puuh - now I need not to search anymore. And why change it again? It looks 
just perfect :-))

Let me just summarize the font applications that were useful for me (and 
perhaps for others?)

KDE4 -> personal settings -> appearance -> fonts
"qtconfig" for some not KDE-apps like openSuSE's yast
for KDE3-applications: "kcmshell fonts"
