Yes because the maintainers of those programs decided to spend their
time on the KDE 4 version of it or not at all any longer on the
program. Anne has explained this before. The KDE community can not
dictate and does not want to dictate who has to maintain a program for
how long. If there is someone to add more fixes to the KDE 3 version
of those programs please come and talk to me offlist. I will arrange
something.

We will end this discussion here now. There is no use in having it for
the 100th time.
