Well, I'm using kubuntu 9.04 on my Asus EEE PC 901
At first interface was a bit slow and sluggish but after installing linux kernel 2.6.30 and latest bits of xorg stuff acordinf to this manual: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1130582
