In Konqueror I created a new file in a new directory on a remote
machine and called it index.php. When I opened this new file in Kate I
found this:
<html>
<head>
<title></title>
<meta content="">
<style></style>
</head>
<body></body>
</html>
Is that Kate's way of trying to be helpful, or has something
interesting happened?
