I am looking for neither, though, I need this to work as it has worked in the past. It is reasonable to assume that switching the device to Linux will have other negative side effects and bugs as well. >> I understand that your intention is to help, but seriously, I have > > if you would not be such a pessimist and do a google search, you would > quickly see that there is more *linux* software for routers than you > might imagine. > I am aware of that, thank you, but I do not want to reflash my router's operating system. I would sooner reinstall KDE 3.5.10 on this machine to go back to that working configuration. However, I am very happy with all the other aspects of KDE 4.2 and I would like to continue using this desktop. Please, I understand that you are trying to help, but stop trying to convince me to reflash the router. Let's work on other solutions, namely, which configuration files from KDE 3.x contain the address of the print server, and the proper protocol to use. -- Dotan Cohen http://what-is-what.com http://gibberish.co.il ___________________________________________________ This message is from the kde mailing list.
