Kubuntu 9.04 is KDE 4.2.2, which feels very unfamiliar. Right? KDE 4.2.2 can be given a folderview desktop that will behave almost exactly like a KDE 3.5 desktop. If that's what you want to see, put Kubuntu back, tell me when you're ready, and we'll get it set up for you.
